Broad Metro brings together the best professionals and supports their efforts to preserve and strengthen truly remarkable places.
The latest project, dubbed Stadium Trace Village, by Broad Metro LLC is in the “AAA bond rated” Hoover, Alabama. It is a culmination of his team’s expansive experience and commitment to bettering the surrounding community. In addition to infrastructure and traffic improvements, the mixed use development in Hoover, AL goes beyond “big box” retail stores with its inclusion of a world-renowned medical facility, organic grocer, and full-service hotel – as well as experiential shopping that blends recognizable upscale brands with local eateries and neighborhood shops.
HOW WE HELP
With more than 30 years in the commercial real estate business, I’ve learned that a community is known by its gathering places – and it’s grown by new investment. That’s why creating spaces that not only become part of the community but become a cornerstone for the community to flourish are the biggest rewards that a developer could ask for.

Broad Metro was a pillar of strength through Covid and is a major part of our renaissance in Birmingham, Alabama.
After moving 1,250,000 cubic yards of mountain into the valley, piping a stream of over 400 yards with transmission lines, and gas line issues along the way, I can confidently say that Broad Metro and Will Kadish can handle anything. They are practical and hardworking people who seem to get to ‘yes’ every time.Gonzalez-Strength & Associates, Inc. (Best Development in Birmingham Award, 2019)
