Honoring Service and Community at the Regions Tradition

This past weekend, the Regions Tradition brought together great golf, community leadership, and a shared commitment to meaningful impact. Hosted in Hoover, the tournament continues to draw national attention while creating a fun and welcoming environment for families and friends across the community.

From time spent on the course to moments shared off of it, the weekend offered something for everyone. Appearances from well known names like Nick Saban and Riley Green added to the excitement and made the experience even more memorable for those in attendance.

For Broad Metro, the weekend represented more than just a sporting event. It was an opportunity to support a mission that aligns closely with the company’s values of leadership, service, and long term community investment.

Alongside Will Kadish, Broad Metro was honored to support Folds of Honor, a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to providing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled military service members and first responders.

Founded in 2007, Folds of Honor has become a powerful force for good across the country. The organization has awarded tens of thousands of scholarships, helping families navigate life after sacrifice by creating access to education and opportunity. Their work serves as a lasting reminder that the cost of freedom extends far beyond the battlefield, impacting families for generations.

Events like the Regions Tradition provide a platform to elevate organizations like Folds of Honor and connect their mission with communities that are eager to support it. Throughout the weekend, leaders from across the region gathered not only to enjoy the event, but to recognize the importance of giving back in ways that create lasting impact.

Broad Metro’s involvement reflects a broader commitment to investing in communities beyond development. Whether through partnerships, sponsorships, or local engagement, the focus remains on supporting initiatives that strengthen both people and place.

Standing alongside community leaders, including the Mayor of Hoover, Nick Derzis, the weekend served as a reminder of what can be accomplished when business, leadership, and purpose come together. It reinforced the idea that success is not only measured by growth, but by the ability to contribute to something greater.

As the Regions Tradition continues to grow, so does its impact. For Broad Metro and Will Kadish, being part of that story is both an honor and a responsibility.
