Stadium Trace Village Phase II – 05/17/24
Stadium Trace Village Phase II is an exciting proposed 82-acre mixed-use development, adjacent to I-459 and connected to Phase I via the extension of Peridot Place. This new extension will provide access to various new facilities, including:
- Golf Suites: A one-story, 48-bay golf entertainment venue focusing on family-friendly fun.
- The Hoover Performing Arts Center: A 1,000-seat venue to support local arts.
- Appointment only Surgical Center: 25 Beds
- A 120,000 square foot, high-end furniture showroom: Offering a complete line of home furnishings.
- Restaurants
- 20,000 square feet of medical office space
Additionally, approximately 30 acres of the development will remain undisturbed, featuring buffer zones, multi-use walkways, recreation paths, outdoor learning centers, and scenic overlooks. The project will also include a major stormwater drainage management system to reduce runoff and improve water quality downstream, particularly in Scout Lake.
