Stadium Trace Village in Hoover, Alabama

Coming Soon*
Village Green at Stadium Trace Village
Village Green is a family-oriented arts and entertainment venue, located in Hoover’s first official entertainment district. Our mission is to create a thriving hub for arts and culture within the already vibrant commercial development at Stadium Trace Village. We will combine an amphitheater stage, a large multi-purpose pavilion, a multi-use artisan market, a children’s playground, an outdoor recreation area, a wine, and beer garden, and a spacious green lawn into a single interactive environment that promotes art, culture, sustainability, education, and community.
* Subject to City Extension of TIF

When complete, the property will become an integral part of Hoover and serve as a gateway to the Birmingham region when approaching the city from the west. It is designed as a walkable urban destination and will draw visitors by offering best-in-category operators among its tenants, including a world-renowned medical center and a market known for farm-fresh produce and quality grocery items. The property will offer experiential stores, restaurants and hotels to serve visitors attending events at the Met Sports Stadium (Home to the SEC Baseball Tournament), Finley Sports Complex and Convention Center, and the regionally acclaimed Hoover High School.
Nearly 1,500 feet of frontage along I-459 at exit 10 and more than 2,000 feet of frontage on Highway 150 (John Hawkins Parkway) provide incredible visibility and easy access from all parts of the city. The project is also bordered by Stadium Trace Parkway and will integrate seamlessly with the existing area community. Improvements to Stadium Trace Parkway will benefit local residents. Landscape designs will incorporate the planting of trees to create a new canopy while sheltering sidewalks and paths connecting Stadium Trace Village to the overall community.
Projected opening date for the project is fourth quarter 2018.
